"Can
I receive FREE samples?"
Yes, we offer FREE samples for all the parts listed in our catalog
and on our website. Niagara normally sends one or four samples per
size, per request. However, when necessary, we can offer you enough
to support your testing methods, if the situation warrants.
"How
long will it take to mail my sample request?"
Sample requests are generally mailed within 24 hours via the United
States Postal Service. However, we will utilize next-day air methods
provided you have an account with the requested service.
"What
is your minimum order?"
Our minimum order is one full carton or one Red-E-Pak.
"Can
I break a carton?"
Niagara offers either a full carton or a Red-E-Pak that is one-fifth
the quantity of a full carton.
"How
are your parts priced?"
Carton pricing is based per 1000 pieces. Red-E-Pak is priced per
pack.
"Can
you send me a price list?"
Niagara does not publish a price list. However, we would be happy
to provide you with a written quote for all your protection needs.

All orders are shipped from Western Pennsylvania / Western New York.

are you located?"
Niagara Caps and Plugs is located in northwest Pennsylvania, along the
shore of Lake Erie. We are situated between two major interstates:
I-90 (runs east and west) and I-79 (runs north and south). Tom Ridge
Field - Erie International Airport is also just a few minutes away.
"Do
you have distribution/sales representation in my area?"

you provide colors other than your standards?"
The standard color is indicated on the specification pages. Depending
on the part, non-standard colors are available with a minimum product
purchase of $450. Call or e-mail

"Can
you color match to a specific color?"
Yes, however it takes two to three weeks to have this completed
and there is a charge of $250. Call or e-mail

"Are
there any other plastic materials that you offer on standard products?"
Based on the specific design, many of our protectors can be made
from various materials. However, a purchase of at least
$450.00 depending on the box quantity
worth
of product is required. The price-per-thousand may also change.

"What
is the best material and color to be used outdoors?"
Any material can be used
outdoors as long as it has an ultra-violet inhibitor added to the
material. An ultra-violet inhibitor helps minimize crazing and deters
fading of the color. The color black already has this additive in
